EPG Pumps to join Malcolm Thompson Pumps
EPG Pumps is pleased to announce that Malcolm Thompson Pumps Pty Ltd has acquired EPG Pumps and the two businesses will commence trading as one as of 1 June 2009.
This acquisition will see the formation of a diversified pump group with a comprehensive range of leading pump brands as well as extensive service, design and fabrication capabilities.
EPG Pumps has had a long history in Australia, starting as Pacific Pumps in 1949 and forming part of Engineered Products Group (EPG) in 1996. At EPG Pumps we are now looking forward to being part of Malcolm Thompson Pumps and we are excited about the extra services and products that this will enable us to offer our customers.
Formed in 1967, Malcolm Thompson Pumps is a national pump company which offers a broad range of pump capabilities, including pump distribution, service and repairs, manufacturing and system design.
