Malcolm Thompson Pumps Acquires EPG Pumps
Malcolm Thompson Pumps is pleased to announce that it has acquired EPG Pumps and will commence trading on 1 June 2009 as a combined group.
This acquisition will see the formation of a diversified pump group with a comprehensive range of leading pump brands as well as extensive service, design and fabrication capabilities.
EPG Pumps has had a long history in Australia, starting as Pacific Pumps in 1949 and being purchased by Engineered Products Group in 1996. Specialising in pumps for the mining, water and manufacturing industries, EPG Pumps is proud to distribute a range of specialist pump brands including Tsurumi, Weir, EOne, CAT, Toyo and Edur.
Malcolm Thompson Pumps is excited about the extra services and products that this will enable us to provide. These new products and services will be in addition to those that we currently offer, with no changes being made to our existing range.
