Features

    Available in both bare shaft and motor configurations.

  • Compact construction with all wearing parts manufactured from exceptionally hard wearing materials.

  • All wear parts are replaceable.

  • Rotation is typically between 20 - 30 rpm.

  • Food industry approved sealings.

  • Clamp version pumps in SS 304 and SS 316 approved by USDA.

  • Can be driven hydraulically or by electric drive.

  • Twin screw pumps feature two counter rotating intermeshing screws with axial movement which ensures consistent and even feed.

  • Screw pumps have continuous non pulsating flow.

  • No metal to metal contact between pumping chamber liner and screws enables virtually unlimited dry running without wear and overheating.

  • Pumps can be supplied with feed hoppers and bridge breakers.

  • Twin Screw Pumps range includes compact, light duty, heavy duty and extreme duty versions.
