DP Series

Features

  • Patented Toyo cutter fan at the bottom of the pump creates high agitating and excavation motion, sucking in sediments like sand and other materials continuously and at a high concentration, without clogging the strainer.

  • The shaft gland consists of the double SIC mechanical seal, giving excellent endurance for rugged use.

  • High chrome is used in key wear plates such as the impeller, suction cover and cutter fan.

  • Casing in spherical graphite iron.

  • Performance can be maintained for extended periods by adjusting the clearance between the impeller and the suction cover.

  • Incorporates thermal protector to prevent motor from burning.

  • Provides the most cost effective method of converting stationary material into a pumpable state.

  • Additional bearing support between primary and secondary seals.

  • Front and back wear plates are adjustable.

  • Standard versions allow liquid temperatures up to 60C and PH levels between 4 and 9.5.
