Malcolm Thompson Pumps announces partnership with Caprari-CPC in Western Australia
Malcolm Thompson Pumps (MTP) is proud to announce a partnership with Caprari-CPC as an official Western Australian distributor and service provider of patented Caprari-CPC Complete Pump Station Systems.
Caprari-CPC delivers unparalleled excellence in design and offer the most innovative, robust and reliable Concrete Pumping Chamber solution available in Australia. The patented pump station systems are designed to current Australian Standards AS 3600 AS3735 to withstand poor soil conditions and high water tables. The unique precast chambers are manufactured from Angaston Marble calcareous aggregate, properties which are unique in Australia and provide the highest possible resistance to sulphate attack endemic in sewers and acidic corrosion.
A pioneer in the field, Caprari-CPC is the first in Australia to meet SA Water’s stringent TS 68 technical standard. The patented pump station systems provide internal concrete cover of 65mm which acts as added barrier protection to the steel reinforcing within increasing the longevity of a sewer pumping station to 100 years. Caprari-CPC also successfully completed the Water Services Association of Australia (WSAA) appraisal process for Precast Concrete Sewage Pump Stations on the 15th of May 2015.
Caprari-CPC Pump Station Systems are engineered to 15m depth with pumps ranging from 40mm through to 350mm outlets. Applications range from sewage, storm water, drainage, sludge to industrial waste.
Capari-CPC is only available through a specialised network of Australia’s most significant and leading suppliers of water and wastewater pump systems. As a partner Capari-CPC in Western Australia, MTP will design and supply, oversee the installation and provide ongoing service of the Capari-CPC pump station systems.
